Why should you accept this challenge?

The sacral chakra is the point through which all sexual and sensual energy, passion, trust, pleasure and desire flow freely, just like a river; it is the center of pure, true feelings, emotions. When the sacral chakra is open and balanced, you feel attractive, fertile, confident, feminine, loving, and you can enjoy every aspect of your relationships, with friends, family or loved ones. The sacral chakra can be blocked by an unsatisfactory sex life, a past sexual abuse, feelings of love that have remained unspoken, an unresolved past relationship, the fact that you feel distrustful in your body, a poor general health. Its imbalance can lead to low sexual appetite, feelings of dissatisfaction or boredom in relationships, feelings of unworthiness, endometriosis, irritable bowel syndrome, painful menstrual cycles and even infertility.

Required (optional)

  • Cards with positive affirmations for the root chakra
  • Crystal related to the sacral chakra (carnelian, calcite, moonstone, vanadinite, tangerine quartz, sunstone, amber, brass jasper, bronzed, orange chalcedony, citrine, gold stone, orange aventurine, orange coral, orange jasper, tiger eyes, topaz.)
  • Essential oil related to the sacral chakra (bergamot, sage, neroli, orange, sandalwood, rose, ylang ylang, cardamom, patchouli, marjoram)
  • 1 carrot, 3 oranges, 1 grapefruit, 2 mangoes, ½ lemon, ¼ melon, 1 persimmon, coconut flakes, oilseeds (optional, almonds, walnuts, peeled seeds, etc.), (optional) chia seeds, hemp or flax

When, how and where?

The period will be August 30 – September 4, 2021.

We will do this together, I will put the activity of the day on the group every day at 8am Romanian time. Every day you will draw a card with positive affirmations for the sacral chakra and you will meditate on it. If you don’t have the cards I created, create your own cards. Write one of the following statements on a piece of paper or cardboard the size of a playing card:

  • I radiate, I am beautiful and strong, and I enjoy a healthy and exciting life.
  • I embrace my vibrant sexuality.
  • I honor the sacred body in which my soul resides.
  • I’m exactly where I need to be.
  • I move easily and effortlessly.
  • I allow my creativity to flow through me freely.
  • I attract like-minded people who support and love me for who I am.

Before drawing the affirmation of the day, shuffle the cards. Ask for guidance from Spirit Guides / Universe, either in the form of a question or in the form of an invocation, then draw a card. The statement found on the card is the one that must be repeated throughout the day. Put the card somewhere you can see it, to make it easy to see as many times as necessary and repeat the statement. Also, write in your diary all the emotions and thoughts that come to you when you internalize the statement of the day.

Then, every day we have a root chakra balancing activity:

  • Day 1: Scanning the root chakra
  • Day 2: Meditation with the use of mudras and sounds
  • Day 3: Massage of the reflex point for the sacral chakra
  • Day 4: Body pampering
  • Day 5: Food
  • Day 6: Twerking

Day 1: Scanning the sacral chakra

On this day you will receive a list of questions that are meant to help you scan your sacral chakra as objectively as possible, in order to determine its current state. Answer each question as honestly as possible to see the starting point in unlocking it. Write down all your beliefs, as honestly as possible, in addition to the diagnostic function of the chakra, writing also has therapeutic values …

Day 2: Meditation with the use of mudras and sounds

Choose a comfortable position with your back straight and focus your attention on the position of the sacral chakra.

Place your hands on your lap, next to the sacral chakra, palms up; except for the two thumbs that will touch the tips, all the others will overlap.

Inhale deeply, and when you exhale, sing the VAM (mantra) sound three times.

Repeat the exercise for 7 to 10 breaths.

Day 3: Massage of the reflex point for the sacral chakra

Identify the reflex point for the sacral chakra. Choose an essential oil and apply it on the area. Using a sacral chakra balancing crystal, massage the point immediately above the heel to where the plantar arch begins, for at least 5 minutes, at each foot, as follows:

  • Small, light circles, clockwise
  • Fast pressing, 1 second, on the reflexogenic point
  • Long press, 10 seconds, on the reflexogenic point

Day 4: Body pampering

Connect to the sacred feminine by pampering the body! Choose to take a relaxing bath. For this bath surround yourself with sacral chakra balancing stones, foam, and add 20 drops of essential oil of your choice in the water. You can also add sea salt to bring the energy of the ocean into this chakra. Become one with water. You will feel like a Goddess, believe me.

When you come out of the water, anoint your uterus / sacral chakra with essential oil diluted in vegetable oil (coconut, olive, jojoba, etc.) and relax for the rest of the evening. Sitting in a light kimono or flowing pajamas adds extra well-being to this ritual.

Day 5: Food

Nutrition also plays an important role in balancing the sacral chakra. For this day, I suggest replacing breakfast and dinner with a smoothie and a salad based on foods that are recommended for balancing the sacred chakra.

Breakfast – smoothie: 1 carrot, 2 oranges, 1 grapefruit, 1 mango, ½ lemon; you can add chia, hemp or flax seeds to enhance creativity; top up with water until you reach the desired consistency.

Dinner – salad: ¼ melon, 1 mango, 1 persimmon, 1 orange, coconut flakes, 1 handful of oilseeds (almonds, walnuts, peeled seeds, etc.). Cut into cubes and place in a bowl or on a plate. Good appetite!

Day 6: Twerking

Release your mind, body and soul through dance, moving your body in a way that feels authentic for the expression of your soul. Twerking activates the root chakra, bringing a flow of energy to this part of the body and the associated aspects of our lives. Yes, twerking – that dance movement that shakes your buttocks and hips, which has become the basis of African-American dance culture and beyond – is a form of self-empowerment!

Twerk to relieve stress or tension. Twerk to connect with your divine feminine. Twerk to love your body. Twerk to return to your own body. Twerk to connect with you and nature. Twerk to present yourself as your highest self.

BONUS (day 7): Reiki session!
