Why should you accept this challenge?
The solar plexus chakra is located under the sternum and is where we feel we have “butterflies in our stomachs.” The solar plexus chakra is the center of our power, the place where we either recognize that we can control our lives, or let others control us, the center of happiness, joy, or, at the opposite pole, the center of fear and anger. When the solar plexus chakra is open and balanced, we feel satisfied and in control of the direction of our lives, we are cheerful and often laugh, all things are in balance, we are satisfied with our job or our business, we feel that we follow our dreams, that we can control relationships, we are happy and we do not suppress our emotions. Everything is in sight and we feel comfortable with this state.
The solar plexus chakra can be blocked by the feeling of oppression, when we feel that we cannot control our life. Often, this can be due to a job we don’t like, a relationship that doesn’t benefit us, or the fact that we don’t live the life we would like. The solar plexus chakra can also be blocked due to repressed / restrained feelings, such as those that “filled the glass”. Its imbalance can lead to digestive problems of all kinds, such as indigestion, acid reflux, heartburn, nausea, pain. We can also feel feelings of overwhelming anger, fear, anxiety, worries, which are also felt in the form of digestive disorders.

When, how and where?
The period will be September 27 – October 3, 2021.
We will do this together, I will put the activity of the day on the group every day at 8am Romanian time. Every day you will draw a card with positive affirmations for the solar plexus chakra and you will meditate on it. If you don’t have the cards I created, create your own cards. Write one of the following statements on a piece of paper or cardboard the size of a playing card:
- I am the embodiment of inner peace and trust.
- I perform my tasks easily and effortlessly.
- The fire within me burns through all blocks and fears.
- I am worthy of love, kindness and respect.
- I honor the power within me, I honor myself.
- I am manifesting easily and gracefully.
- I am worthy and capable of achieving my dreams.
If you are interested in chakra energy balancing cards with the help of positive affirmations, write me a private message on Facebook – Emotional Healing and Balance with Patricia Lidia.
Before drawing the affirmation of the day, shuffle the cards. Ask for guidance from Spirit Guides / Universe, either in the form of a question or in the form of an invocation, then draw a card. The statement found on the card is the one that must be repeated throughout the day. Put the card somewhere you can see it, to make it easy to see as many times as necessary and repeat the statement. Also, write in your diary all the emotions and thoughts that come to you when you internalize the statement of the day.
Then, every day we have a root chakra balancing activity.
Day 1: Scanning the solar plexus chakra
On this day you will receive a list of questions that are meant to help you scan your solar plexus chakra as objectively as possible, in order to determine its current state. Answer each question as honestly as possible to see the starting point in unlocking it. Write down all your beliefs, as honestly as possible, in addition to the diagnostic function of the chakra, writing also has therapeutic values …
Day 2: Meditation with the use of mudras and sounds
Choose a comfortable position with your back straight and focus your attention on the position of the solar plexus chakra.
Place your hands in front of your stomach, just below the solar plexus. Let your fingers join at the tips, with the palm of your hands facing you and your fingertips facing outwards. Cross your thumbs. It is important that your fingers are always straight.
Inhale deeply, and when you exhale, sing the RAM (mantra) sound three times.
Repeat the exercise for 7 to 10 breaths.
Day 3: Massage of the reflex point for the solar plexus chakra
Identify the reflex point for the solar plexus chakra. Choose an essential oil and apply it on the area. Using a solar plexus chakra balancing crystal, massage the point in the plantar arch located in the center of the sole of the foot, for at least 5 minutes, at each foot, as follows:
- Small, light circles, clockwise
- Fast pressing, 1 second, on the reflexogenic point
- Long press, 10 seconds, on the reflexogenic point
Day 4: Body pampering
Connect to the sacred feminine by pampering the body! Choose to take a relaxing bath. For this bath surround yourself with solar plexus chakra balancing stones, foam, and add 20 drops of essential oil of your choice in the water. You can also add sea salt to bring the energy of the ocean into this chakra. Become one with water. You will feel like a Goddess, believe me.
When you come out of the water, anoint your solar plexus chakra with essential oil diluted in vegetable oil (coconut, olive, jojoba, etc.) and relax for the rest of the evening. Sitting in a light kimono or flowing pajamas adds extra well-being to this ritual, especially if you manage to do regular abdominal breathing exercises.
Day 5: Food
Nutrition also plays an important role in balancing the solar plexus chakra. For this day, I recommend adding a beverage to breakfast and dinner based on food recommended for balancing the solar plexus chakra.
Breakfast – turmeric latte: follow the directions on the package of turmeric latte. I recommend using a vegetable drink instead of cow milk for preparing.
Dinner – smoothie: 1 banana, ½ pineapple, ½ lemon, 2cm fresh ginger
Day 6: body undulation
With your knees on the floor, place your bottom on your heels and your palms on your knees, inhale gently as you push your chest up and out, then exhale slightly and round your back and shoulders. Creates a smooth, flowing rhythm. Repeat the exercise nine times.
